Interesting.. Here is a shot of the whole case.. picked it up pretty cheap at a pawn shop.. I think its a cigar box to "commerate the race"??

Interesting to note that Castrop - Rauxel was one of the main centres for oil production during the war.

I saw the Ortsgruppen flag for the town on a dealers site sometime back...

Nice case and no doubt an original amoungst many fakes!!
