    Security Check statin that He was still with the 716 in october 44.
    This is last entry in the soldbuch.
    In October 44 the division was nearly destroyd near Kolmar,i believe after the Battle he was taken POW.

        He got the WB in black in arpil 44 always with the 716 ID in normandy.

                  Note the RED WN16 on the Right near Colleville Montgomey where HANS HOLUB and his 2./Art.Rgt.1716 was based!

                        Yes, very nice Sb ! The hand writing at the end of the book are very strange because they seem to concern a german prisonner.

                            Again a nice and interesting soldbuch, very interesting how you manage to lively sketch the story behind this soldbuch. Do you perhaps know if the guns of this man’s unit where in fixed (bunker?) or field positions?.
