    Anyone encountered this type of FJ full inscription in the past ?

    Well well well...
    I have one of thesse but with 600 stamed in the end (Stammrolle >800) and traded off another one some time ago.
    They were recovered in Schwerin area in the past.
    I think this one ends up a disscussion wether these tags are authentic or not.

      I had one to the 500th.. Shown to me also with dig photos etc. It turned out to be a fake..

      Al, weren't these and the 500s [with the silghtly different stamp fonts] made up in the early 1990s?

              Hi Gaspare,
              Yes, 500 italic capital lettering type was a fake, but this tag and also ones stamped with sampe typeface + number 600 are ok.
              I have examined several SS FJ Btl 600 tags with positive result each time.
              I also have a FP coded FJ Btl 600 tag - unusual one but 100% ok.

              Blackadder what do you mean by saying faking something that never existed? Do you mean FJ Btl 600 tags? How can you say they never existed - any evidence for this?
