    Help needed de-ciphering handwriting

The attached os from page 1 of a Heer Soldbuch. I am having trouble deciphering what regiment this guy belongs to is - the part marked by the circle which appears to read something like "schlumpf" - has anyone got any idea what it actually says?

The complete word is Landesschützen. ie. a home guard kind of formation often used for POW and other guard duties

As pointed out it is Landesschützen.

You said you thought it was Schlumpf? Well this is die Schlümpfe!!!

Thanks Robin, Simon and Ian - that explains a few things about the rest of the Soldbuch.

Ian - I knew schlumpf meant smurf and I was sure there were no regiments for the little blue b*ggers in the TR Unless it was a special secret weapon of the TR designed to annoy the hell out of the "allies"
