I would pass me too with this cross.
Photos don't help to see many important particulars that need to tell you if it's original or not, would be interesting to have dimentions (especially wreath) and weight.
Sommary I don't like wreath dimention (for me too little, it looks like early DK dimentions but it isn't), read enamel it looks not an original enamel war time, black star is not bad, wreath details don't seem good and I don't see the flaw in the 9. Reverse side I don't like pin, catch and rivets.
flaw on 10 o'clock is not necessary...
