Hello all,
Here is an EK 1 that has been in my collection for a few years. Being new to this forum (and a brand-new association member ). I took a good look at the Floch fakes guide, as well as the fakes gallery for the EK 1 and didn't see this particular maker mark and cross shown.
Its weight is 19.80 grams and it measures 43.80 mm square.
It is maker marked "100" (which I believe is Rudolf Wachtler und Lange) on the inside of the pin, and it appears to be an "A" type pin. The maker's mark is a bit difficult to see, but I have photographed it to the best of my ability.
Also the catch looks like it might have repaired/replaced at one point.
What is the consensus on this one?
Thanks as always!
