Excellent group. Fighter pilot related items are always pricey.
Love the kill map and the rest... very complete and all awards look nicely worn.
    Thanks for sharing.

      Thanks guys-

There are also official confirmation documents for every kill he had, which is pretty interesting. I have run across a few such isolated documents, but never a grouping in which there is a document for every confirmed kill. There are even RAF communiques that note sorties in which Radener was identified.

It is interesting as well that he was awarded a Schickle RK (probably made in 1940) much later in the war. It supports the supposition that RK were not necessarily "made on demand", but issued what was "in stock".

Among his medals I see a Flakabzeichen! For a pilot that seems a little strange though?

              That's a really nice grouping!
I've never seen a "Kill map" before, I think it is the most interesting item of the group.

                Thanks!

I thought it was pretty cool for that reason as well. Each kill also has an official document. I have seen a few, but not 39 of them.

I agree. Its pretty cool in that regard. Obviously a worn cross with a few photos as well showing him wearing what appears to be a Schickle. All of the "kills" are documented in official documents, as well as reams of other documents. As he survived the war and went to the west, he retained his awards and continued flying jets for West Germany, dying in a test flight in '57.

Yes- That is the only document missing from all the paperwork.
