Thanks for the pictures. I am away from my computer files of images, but that looks like the earlier version, as the wreath is more detailed and there is not the further flaw on the "3" extending medially.

Well the verdict is in. Craig Gottlieb has returned from the SOS Show and told me that the cross is genuine! He will issue me a certificate of authenticity verifying that. I am thankful to all of the members that gave me help and opinions. I was surprised as much as some of you.
