Spange... By Mayer?

Is this one a Mayer? It's on the way from a friend and he can't read the marking and I can't see it in the photo. He thought it said L/11 or L/15 but I am thinking it may be L/18?

Am I correct in thinking this is a Mayer?

This one is definitely a fake, sorry. It's not a Raptor but it is a fake, known commonly as the Floch fake.
