I think it was declared a good one.

Although my memory isn't what it used to be so wait and see what the others say.

I am not sure that there were ever a 100% conclusion on this design.
Some like it, and some doesn't.

I am not sure that we have seen 100% prof that this design is wartime, and I am one of those that do not like this design.
