I was only speaking of Juncker. And that company marked 90% of their oaks with just "800" istead of "900", just as they did with knights crosses. And of course my statement isnt based on reading tea leafs but rather based on deep investigations. You know that i am not one of those big posters. But that doesnt mean that my statements dont have a fundament. But anyway, i just wanted to make clear that there is at least one person who likes these kind of cutlery, and this person knows why

Stefan - I was not referring to the markings, but more the overall appearance of the piece, which looks soft, especially on the front of the Oakleaves and the reverse of the Swords. The "vein" to the right of the center leaf also looks wider than normal. Other than those observations, the Oakleaves portion seems (from the angle of the photos) to have the same general design features as the piece with direct provenance to Dickfeld (shown below). Frankly, I would not get locked into the markings as the only judge of originality, as who can say that all are marked the same for an absolute certainty? But I would be concerned about the things I mentioned.

If you have some better information you can share with us, I, for one, am certainly willing to listen.
