I don't understand Frank.. you mean the preliminary awards docs shown here?

1 swords winner got a preliminary documents which normaly only get diamondswinner. It was shown i a book.

For example:
Swords winner got swords premiminary document
diamonds winner got diamonds premiminary document.

But this swords winner got a diamonds document (the words diamonds was crossed out)

I think that frankandfrank means, that he has seen a preliminary document to a soldier being awarded the swords, but that the document itself was meant for awarding the diamonds. The word Brillanten crossed over, as it was "only" a swords award. He thinks he has seen it in a book.
