    Heavily worn Godet DKiG ....

    Good day gentlemen,

I looked many times at this particular DKiG, but never pulled the trigger, mainly for lacking funds.
Then when funds finally came into place, luckily it came up again for a very affordable and fair price.

So I bought it ..... a heavily worn DKiG made by Godet ( 6 rivet heavy version ).
Even though the swastika has damaged core and pin is replaced ( wartime ), this particular DKiG just oozes history.

As understood from the vendor, it came directly from the Bodewig family.
No supporting documents, but apparently this particular DKiG belonged to Hauptmann Heinz Bodewig.

But even without the name, the DKiG speaks for itself .... and I do like it very much .

    Thanks for looking,
    Mathijs

                Hello there,

A beauty of a cross. The reverse pin is familiar.

I love the pin type , that is a very nice repaired part . I think the Godet make crosses are all high quality and nice artistic design .

Was, in my opinion much too expensive for the state

but the cross is very nice.

Price on website does not reflect what I paid for it ... I agreed on much lower sales price with previous owner .

I know the price paid by you.

Only DKIG should go to me but then you have a few more as I offered €.

                            Nice Cross! congratulation
