At an out of town mall corridore antique display I ran across 2 miniature KvK 2nd class crosses - one with and one without swords . Being behind glass could only quickly get a rough mesurment with a pencil ... as they were closing up .
With out being able to hold them ... they had nice detail and appeared to be made of brass .... well aged and even with appropiate mini ribbons . The fellow had allready gone and she could not give any answers - and advised to return to Victoria the next day which I was not able to .
The approximate measurments are :
Crosses about 2/3rds of a normal size - around 3.3 cm across and the ribbons are about 1.2 cm .
The question I have ---- Has anyone come across or seen war time miniatures like these or are they only post war trinkets ???
Cheers , Douglas
