Both of the Souval EK 1s I have (a pinback and a screwback) have "stepped" swazes.

also with the step or whatever at the 3 o'clock arm? I have pictures of Souval without the step..

The screwback does appear to have the "step" on the three-o'clock arm. I'll try to get a pic.
