          Thanks Ivan. So you think the light versions are greater than ten times more common? It seems as though they never seem to come available. The heavy, early Deschlers, which are considered rare, even seem to be more common than the heavy zimmerman. Is that accurate Ivan? Thanks

            George- That is a great looking cross. The crosses you and Robin have posted are stunning.
            Deschler firm was the most important manufacturer in the beginnen for DK and from his fabrics come out the most greater quantity of tombak early pieces and for it , even Deschler DK are wonderful cross, are not so rare as Zimmermann heavy types. it' s also shown by the fact that Zimmermann turns to Deschler to have a certain quantity, limited, in the beginnen, as Robin's cross showes.

            late light version are more common also because after 1943 need much more cross for the high number of German Cross winners.
