German Medal - Cross with Swastika and 1939 - Help Identify

This medal seems vaguely familiar but I just can't place it - veteran's group?, city-state award?, not German but Austrian or Hungarian or ?

Any help would be appreciated.

It is Trevor, Order of the Cross of Liberty, not sure which class though.

What a fantastic knowledge base we have here. I take it then that this is the Finland Mourning Cross.

That is very well possible.
I don't know them all, but I know there area number of different "styles" (the basic design is the same, and all have at least 4 or 5 grades.
