    I don't care either

    I encourage all differences of opinion and discussion here. But I would prefer that it remain civil. And if someone else (anyone else -- I don't have any specific individual in mind here) gets arrogant or otherwise acts like a p1sser, no one has to add fuel to the fire. Let 'em p1ss in the wind.

        Richard, make a valid point please but consider the possibilities. That's discussion.

        Rhodium plating was commonplace, why not on an RK? Certainly at the time of award it would have been beautifully mirrored. Doesn't mean it's a fact. But I don't know anyone who's willing to scrape their RK for proof. More simply take a sterling piece of flatware and hold it next to an RK/EK that has more of a mirror like finish rather than a dull sterling finish. That's all, just a possibility.
