Schinkle B EK2 opinion please

I just see this EK2 , it is signed a Schinkle B EK2 . I think the ring's base looks not good . Its frame looks also not comfortbal . I guess it maybe was chenged the frame , and its core maybe belongs a original EK2 . Is this one original ? Thank you very much .
