Hi
I am looking at two examples of the German Cross in Gold. One is marked 134 while the other is marked 20 and is a cross by Zimmermann. Both crosses are obviously the lighter type
Can someone advise which is the more common of the two makers?
I probably will purchase one of the crosses, however, am undecided which one.
I did spend quite a bit of time researching the Internet and pouring over the books I own and to my knowledge the cross marked 134 is the more uncommon, but I may bot be correct in this.
For interest, the cross marked 134 is in slightly less good condition (the silver is very tarnished) than the Zimmermann which is almost grade 1
THANK YOU. Best, Iain (aka WilloW)
