    --- mission completed ---

    Hello,

Yesterday, it was a very good EK1 day

Now, I have completed my first mission to make photos from each screwback maker. I know there are some more possible disc setup of each maker, but the obverse are mostly identical.

Next step, I try to get from each maker the pinback complete.

I think the hardest nut will be the EK1 "L/14" & "21" pinback

Attached you'll see my latest EK1 "L/50" SB which completed my first mission

    Hope you like it

            Stefan,

Is this study going to make it into a book anytime soon? If not yours, possibly a contribution to one of the new ones slated for publication?

            Great job!

            Eric

                        Very nice !!

This answered a question I had for a long time and no one could realy answer .
It was : How many different disk sizes are there ? From looking at your setup I would assume 3 main sizes and 2 extreems - for about 5 - just looking at diameter only . And having them all there , I would like to ask further about the disk thread posts . How many have the 'thin' thread posts and how many have the 'thick' one ? ,,,, and with that did any maker use both types ??
And one last question - assuming you have a few cases - how many different bottom incerts by numbers are there ?? Assuming each disk size had their own numbered base or are we looking at a "3 sizes fits all disks " senario ??? The 'clamshell disk' having a special base by itself .

A thin/thick post type could be worth mentioning as a variation .

                        Thanks, Douglas

Great work and a very nice collection, you are missing "800". L/58 made both magnetic and non-magnetic. Jim
