Looks like a Souval with the dipping 3 in the 1939.

Too bad the top of the pin is not clearer.

I'll go out on a limb here and say it's good.

It has all the features of a Souval cross and if the marking is L15 the mark for Otto Schickle.

IMO a good EK1 made from Souval and Orth parts, presumably assembled by one of those two makers. I'd say you should expect to pay +/- $200 (on the lower side of the EK1 price range).

I would tend to agree with Trevor on the price, It is a fine Souval framed L15. around $180.00 US collector price.
these crosses often are a set up for confusion due to the Souval Frame and L15 maker mark!

Do you know the Orth point on the frame?

You can find a lot marked L15 with the Orth (point) frame and Orth core design.

Again ... L15 is not Otto Schickle!

Orth and Souval are well known for there very good cooperation.
The maker are both located @ Vienna.
