DKIG Diamonds?

I found a DKIG in gold with diamonds for sale, the seller states the "pin is etched Rath Munchen as it should be." I read on the Wehrmacht awards site about DKIGs that it was "stamped Rath Munchen." Which is it, stamped or etched does anyone know?

I read his description as "Hand Engraved".

I'm familiar with this particular DKiGwB. This badge and case is correct and should be at the SOS in February. It's a beautiful piece of jeweler art and is absolutely stunning in hand.

Bill; Your German Cross with diamonds is stunning. It is only a pity these were not awarded, even if only 20 times. Unlike the Russians the Germans never really branched out into precious metals and enamel detail.

Tom Wittmann had one for sale a few years back in one of his Offerings, if my memory is correct, it was priced between $28,000 and $32,000.
