No, I don't think it's the same date (1813) either. Perhaps it's a variation. At any rate, it bears no resemblence to a known original. I feel confident in this.
Looking at the frames, IMO, I think the workmanship is shoddy. I've circled just a few key areas which raise red flags to me.Attached Files
