Thanks guys! I'm surprised that so many are interested in the boxes!

In the days that I had time on my hands, I used to make one of these for each new cross, but after making 25 to 30 boxes, it got very boring, so I haven't bothered since!

They are made out of card with a printed image which has to be hand-cut, scored and assembled. It is slow work... I had thought of getting a die made up which would solve the cutting and creasing problem, but the expense would not justify it.

If anyone is really interested in having a go at making one, I can e-mail images (they are high resolution so I cannot post them here) that can be printed on A4 sheets of card to produce the lid and base. It's a bit difficult to explain so here's a small low res. version to give the idea of what's involved.
