the pin is marked 50. This was brought to me by a soldier who bought in germany in the early 60s. I also think the case looks okay. So that made me think the badge had a chance.Comment

For comparision, here's a scan of my KVK1 without swords, marker marked '50', which has previously been a 'thumbs up' both on here and other forums. Sorry for the quality of the scans. It actually looks much crisper and better 'in the hand'
