Per the rules, Schmidt was the first to say "I'll take it." He should get it. He has publically accepted the risk incurred by shipping. To do otherwise would not be in the spirit of this international forum.

Here we go again to that bull***t about how risky is to send things to Brasil...
Me and various other members are still buying from all over the globe without any problem. See our posts. See what kind of items we´re buying.
IMO this was a very dirty trick to take that gorgeous DKiG to another home.
But as schimidt said, we´re not going to discuss this sale here as it took place in another forum.
Just keep in mind that people are not dumb.
