    I really think it adds character to the cross, so I would also leave the pin as it is.

        I too like the bend in the pin. It looks like it was pulled off a tunic by force, maybe from a POW? I think it adds to the mystery and sets the cross appart. I would not change a thing, there are lots of crosses with straight pins.

          It's a really simple reason, value got nothing to do with it. It's more an individual thing about what you like, and what you don't like..
          I just think a straight needle is better looking, and yes the bend is quite nice, but as I said, I prefer a nice straight needle. Hope you know what I mean

          The cross is excellent. Just lovely! the Spanish cross design is just amazing.
