Thanks you guys,
It's always good to hear positive feedback on something you own. I had this one judged about three months ago on the forum, and went ahead and bought it. Equally, it's disappointing to hear negative feedback on something others are selling. I'm not skilled enough yet to say I'm anything but a novice on the EKII spange, so I don't judge anything to condemn it. But I will take note on what you have said, and keep the photo on file. I am just now learning the EKI spanges, as you may have seen my other threads on the subject. There are so many examples of accepted EKII spanges that aren't in Gordon's book on the Iron Cross of 1939. I'm sure even he will agree he didn't cover them all. I keep many photos of every good...and bad spange that comes on the boards for review. Some day I hope to be in the position to help others like you both.
Respectfully,
Robert
