No, it's a prinzen. I'll do a photo with a regular for comparison...

Interesting, Rob, in that it doesn't really address whether the spange in the box is REALLY a Deumer. I'm not one to doubt it, no, but the last post is misleading in that it sheds doubt on whether the spange belongs to the box or not.???

This spange I posted was judged months and months ago as being a genuine period original, but never answered the question of maker. There are so many similarities between mine and the one in the box, but still not the same. The little curved bill at the end is something I always look at when I consider a Deumer, and both have it. The date box, breast, etc. all look good on both. I'm still wondering if mine is a Deumer???????

sorry Robert, I meant to say it' looks similar to the full-size in details' rather than it 'looks like a full-size'
but I still think we'll never know, there's alot of Deumer-esque spangen
              regards

              p.s. I want it!

                    I know jon,

The English language is so lacking... ...Deumer? I'll never know. Let's just say it's not. Two pins, verticle. A nice one, jon. And yes, the full-size bar is not a Deumer I know for sure. It's a 'Keeper'.

Rvs. This one has 2 vertically mounted prongs. There exists variations on the number of prongs.
