Here's my one and only RK, no more will come if you know what I mean
It is said to be an early K&Q unmarked one,and it has two 800 silver content marks in both the cross and the loop.
This cross has been worn and I have no clue as to who the holder was.
This came from a well known member from Holland who also got it from another well known memeber in the UK.Also comes with a DN COA.
It is the apple of my eye/collection.

Hi Ludwig I will check my files as most of my collection is in a safe deposit box!!! The Schickle KC was bought from DN and is presumed to have belonged to Hauptmann Jürgen Gauss (PZ). I got lucky while visiting DN with Pieter Verbruggen. I believe DN told us it was the first time he encountered a Schickle KC that was marked L15 on the loop.

That is what friends are for!Sometimes you need to be hard! But as promised to Pieter that if I ever sell the cross he gets the first shot!!!

So nice to see THE award of the period. I enjoy the documents and recommendations as well. Must admit, these days I get weary of hundreds of posts showing Iron Cross 2nd Classes (they made millions) so appreciate seeing the more important items.
