I would tend to suggest that it's a Wachtler & Lange...it's got the low date, the scrunched beading die-flaw, and the hump where the ring is attached, but I've never seen one with the pronounced cross-hatching on the corners that this one exhibits (I'll have to try to scan a few of my W&Ls in more detail). Also, the inside edges of the frames appear to be rather poorly finished.

I'm anxious to hear what others have to say about this one.
