Well Buying an RK is impossible , the money is too high , my wife will not let me buy an item that is verry 'expansive' ?( duur ).
And I reed that other collectors have to SAVE 10 YEARS for buying one ?
That needs some respect , spending all that time and waiting for your DREAM.
I also have a DREAM , but I will never can accomplish that.
I meen the money and remember the wife .
    cheers

Do not know about the RK without ribbon- pic 10 in post 11- but the ribbon loop has a bad 800 on it , as to the cross itself , the 2 in the L/12 makes me wounder and thepoor #1 in the date, different from back .
The size would be very important , to see if it is a converted EK 2 .
32 and 33 full bead count , would RK's be more for being larger ?
The German Cross looks nice , do not know enough , uncertain, cloth versions have the number flaw , not sure if the solid ones have that too??? The 21 ?and the variation in ribbets and leaf detail in wreath ?
Scary buisiness this collecting , been hit hard with fakes myself, hurts to see someone get taken .

          HI ALL,

          THANKS ALL FOR YOUR HELP.
I BUY ALL ITEMS FROM AN COLLECTOR FRIEND, SO IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM
          TO REFUND.

          REGARDS DIETER

            Douglas,

the RK without the ribbon from Dieter is a textbook L/12 Junckers, no question about it.

The photos of fake RKs from Hungary you showed are not the same type of RK fake, like the RK with ribbon in this thread.

            Regards,

            Frank

Looking at the German Cross it is a good 21 , and the L/12 RK consences is that is OK as well , I stand back on that one .
                Frank:
The RK with ribbon I still stick too being a copy . The 2nd zero in the 800 on the ribbon loop and the bead form , yellow arrow, match easily ...looks like the other 800 and L/52 may have been polished out leaving the the ridged grove and removing the bead edging . However others indicate dought in this RK .
                Regards

                  Douglas,

the RK with ribbon is definitely a fake - but it is a different type of fake than you showed on your photos.

                  Regards,

                  Frank
