Iron Cross 2nc class with ribbon and packet of issue

Up for review is a very nice Iron Cross 2nd class with ribbon and packet..
The Iron Cross is not mm but the packet is marked " Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Graveur-Gold-und " not exactly as I wrote tho.. From what I have been able to research here on WAF and other sites, Both look good and the IC seems to match that of Graveur/mm #25. The front of the packet is very faded and is in fairly rough shape. The back side is also a little faded and under the flap is a bit darker. The cross is in near mint condition with some of the paint missing from the swastika.

where the cross had been displayed over the packet in a collection for almost 40 years. That is what I was told when I bought it several years ago.
