    EKII Question?

I just bought my first EK... an EKII. It has NO manufacturing markings on the ring or body of any type.

    Any opinions? real / repro/ fake ?

                          Hi,

Welcome sputnik on the hardcore crosses Junkie scene.
The one and only healthy kind of addiction but as Marc means:
There is no point of return..

                          To your cross:
It's really a nice iron cross, you have. It's 100% authentic and has a lot of character.

I'm not sure, but i think it's maybe an unmarked Klein & Quenzer "65"

                          Kind Regards
                          Andreas

Would you clean up the medal to take off any of the dirt?

I would leave the 'dirt' on it myself as I think it shows its age and a little bit of character to it, perhaps its dirt from its travels and adds a little to its past history - cant beat some battlefield dirt on your relics
