Many people have a opinion,this is yours..
Now comes the hardest part..
A proper,normal,open dicussion about why you think this and why other(s) think different.
Sometimes proof is not around the corner,but a matter of time,a lot of research,studying pictures etc..
Let's say the last 3,4 years we've solved some puzzles and in a few cases evidence or pictures showed up..
It has less to do with howlong someone collects,it's more the feeling,experience,knowledge and detective work that does the trick IMO.
It takes time and understanding..
