I think it's fairly safe to say you have a Round three core, a Deschler frame and a pin resembling that used by Godet, Zimmerman or W&L.

An odd combination to be sure, but every now and then these oddities do crop up ... (a m/marked schinkelform EK2, or a maker mark on a cross that is clearly NOT one we typically associate with that maker for example...)

I still say that is a Deschler made EK imo, here is a link to my nr 1 and some more info about maker nr 1. My nr 1 is still on the front page under ek´s

hello guys, definitely deschler frame 100% sure now. awesome comparison pics
leave no doubt about it. i have compared and checked others,all have diff. rev. setups. I still dont know who made round 3 eks but i guess deschler made this frame, so that is more than i knew when i started.i dont know where else to go with this, but i am considering sending it to detlev to see if he can help.
