          Hello,

clearer photographes would be of some help.
Such combination I do not have seen yet (obverse + reverse).

Me neither... nor a vaulted one.

              Billybob...

I would suggest you check the solder to see if looks like it has been tampered with... the frame (beading) is not that of a typical round three EK1 but the core looks OK.

I would suggest by the lifting corners of the inner beading junctures that it's possible this has been vaulted by hand.. at some point...

Here's a better view of yours showing the lifting corners and beading...

the "parts" of the cross are definately original, but as george already said, this "combination" is unknown.

take a look at the soldering between the frames.

When I bought this cross at a show, the seller didnt say anything about round3, upon closer inspection I saw it. bb

The rim do say Deschler to me? Also some parts in the date, and the swaz maybe. Just did a check whit my nr 1, its the same hinge on my 1. Just a theory, some did file down the pin to that shape. It******180;s shure a 100 nice orginal round 3, and IMO made by maker nr 1.
