Here is a pics showing some eagles of reputed original crosses and at the bottom middle your cross eagle.

This eagle looks completly different from the others known original (various manufacturers). same eagles are found on such fake crosses (sometimes with different hinge form) stamped with MM such as CEJ, BN&L 900, CE Juncker Berlin SW, 4 etc...) of which the details are far from known original too.
That give me enough points to say that it is a fake, or at least that I don't want it in my collection.
