I'm new to the world of militaria and found this EK1 online for a reasonable price. Could anybody tell me if this is a real one or a fake one and what you're looking at to determine? Looks like an unmarked Klein & Quenzer 1939 EK1. The case looks good as well.

Most all manufacturers of Iron Crosses had tell-tale identifiers. In this case, the K&Q needle on the back, as well as the "1939" date, are unique and easily identifiable...once you know what they look like.
