              Viper,
The Bowen book is LOOOONG out of print and tough to find. Try www.abebooks.com or be patient. I saw it once on e-bay and once on the e-stand - that is where I got mine. It is a great book!

... but you have to be carefull! Since it was printed in 1986 it's long out of print and some things are outdated or now proven to be wrong. It is not good to use an old book and just take out the parts you like, right or wrong, without critique! But no matter what, this book is by far better then the "Geissler" and was a huge mile stone.

Yes, but he goes more in dept with some issues than others and has some photos that are great. It is a real treasure. I love reading about how he was in the USSR and East Germany doing research!

Just tell me where...lighting is still fine here!

Do you want real close or just to show depth and sharpness?
                          Regards,
