EK with packet

Hello,
To be honest, if the ribbon wasn't bad, the condition of the medal does not look like one that would come with such a nice packet. What did the award do, rust inside the packet and the packet stayed crisp? In my opinion, definatley put together.

So many people seem to be putting these packets together with medals, its getting quite annoying!

Take my word this is not a new occurance. They were doing this 30+ years ago. You can bet even longer than that.

I agree ... but that stands to reason with basically ANY award piece. Who can say for sure an EK1 belongs to the case it is in at the moment? Same with any other award.

Makes it extremely difficult to ever know for sure.
