Post a mm picture with magnifier, it could help.
As far I can see It could be a Meybauer mm on ring 7 or L/13 -
Maker is 23

Probably a ‘23’ maker mark. I’ve had a few 23’s with a Meybauer core and the ‘23’ stamp/mark, but I’ve never had a marked Meybauer with a ‘23’ core...
