Need help to determine maker of IC 2nd class either 88 or 33

It has a marking in the ring, but it is hard to determine. Either 88 or 33
Your help is appreciated.

As far I can see It could be a Meybauer mm on ring 7 or L/13

Probably a ‘23’ maker mark. I’ve had a few 23’s with a Meybauer core and the ‘23’ stamp/mark, but I’ve never had a marked Meybauer with a ‘23’ core...
