Well, I bought this last year at a flea-market in Germany. I apologize for the cross being included in the pics but for some reason the cropped pics won't load . Cross is MM100 so it matches the packet it came in. Let me know if you all think the packet is no good

I'm sorry to say thats a fake one, common on e bay and they're floating around all over the place at the moment.

Sometimes they come in a lighter colour paper, bordering a very pale blue/grey and this specific fake example is known to be maker marked sometimes.

Thanks for the information on the packet. It's not a problem as I was given this one.

How do you tell if a packet is genuine or not ? I'm fine with crosses and ribbons that come with them, but as stated, this is the only packet I have and if, which I'm contemplating doing, I buy some crosses with packets how do I tell if the packet is ok ?

I'd be grateful for any help or advice.

Here is my only packet. Identical to the ones already shown, it is the version attributed to the "27" marked EK2. I also have a 27-marked cross to go with it

Large Package

This is the largest package I have and didn't see one posted so here it is.
This package measures 129mm High x 116mm wide. The 1939 is 25mm wide and 10mm high. The maker is Karl Forster & Graf (don't know how to write the location). This package if real is almost mint with only the flap being folded at the tip.
