Georg von Truszczynski (1914 - 1975), wearing the uniform of the Malteser Hilfsdienst.

He was an artillery officer on the Eastern Front during WW2.

Among the wartime decorations on his ribbon bar, I can see the EKI, EKII, Ost Medal, Wound Badge and the GAB.

He was also awarded the Bundesverdienstkreuz in 1969.
