              On several 1957 hinges, one can se a slight bend in the hinge. Could it be that the profiled material used for the hinge, comes in a long string that is rolled together and thus creating a bend ?

                  Could be. But the two KVKs showing that similarity are otherwise quite different. They're not even the same size.

                    Here is the back of a very nice 1957 EK1. I found it in my arcives and put it together, but dont know the owner. I hope he dont mind.
