The same very early clasp you already sold me (the die flaw is good to see) and someone destroyed it with this totally ugly stupid L/12 mark
I CAN´T BELIEVE IT

Dont know if Trevors theory is right or wrong, i suppose we'll never know, but its a good explanation for something i've never seen before!!
And Trev's right, definitely a 2nd pattern, shame about the core, but if the price was right???? buy, buy, buy!!!!!!!!
Its certainly different!!good-vibes.gif I like it!!! -Nigelsigpic 57ers...."The Devil Is In The Detail"

Trevor´s theory sounds logic. The vets don´t looked at the frame or dates like us. They only saw the RK and that the RK winner "denazified" this one to make it an "original denazified RK", is believable for me.
This one is really heavily worn and has something i can´t explain, very interesting.
But as an attributed one this would be a very characterful piece, but without history it´s only a little bit worth. For a good price i would buy it.

So I wouldn't pay an extra singe $ for it.
And for 350 euro I would expect an first pattern with the core intact.
You want a 1st pattern for €350!! Don't we all Seriously, I've not seen a 1st pattern one for under €500 for some time, certainly not in UK and certainly not on any private or dealers sales anywhere. If you can get first pattern new form RKs for €350 please let me know where from, because I'll have some.

I bought this one 2 weeks ago for a little more than 350. It costed me 465 euro and still think that it is a lot for a new form RK.Last edited by LuckyLuudje; 10-30-2009, 05:21 PM.
