Let's see some theatre made patches

My late father always liked this patch. The 701st MP Bn was the first MP Bn activated in the US Army. They spent all of WW II in CONUS but deployed to China in 1946. One of their exploits was in breaking up a Nazi spy ring still operating in China after the war.

My dad liked that you can see the MP letters on the brassard. This is a Chinese-made patch.

Two from the ‘High School Victory Corps.’ (Land & Air services).

Established in 1942, the purpose of the organization was to prepare high school students to aid the US war effort on both the home-front and in military service.

No doubt not the most sought after of WW2 US insignias, however, uncommon to find in bullion (theater made notwithstanding).

Many of you have probably seen theater made armor patches, like the Co B,
750th Tank Bn on the left. The patch on the right is also for the 750th, from their DI. Heavy bullion, to say the least. "Demon" was the battalion call sign.

I also have an interest in Ranger insignia. These are both Italian made. Am sure the 4th exists in this style, too.

Here's my chain-stitched 4th. It's tough to see, but the medium is navy blue, not black. Definitely different than the 1st and 3rd Bns already posted.
