From looking at the photo with a loop, the rate insignia looks more like an airplane (like the one David posted) than an anchor.

Here is my Navy Para studio portrait. Has anyone ever seen another one? Would love to see others.

I remember seeing this one ? eBay years ago? As far as I know it's only one as of yet. I'd say a training photo based on flight cap. Interesting how low rating is on arm
